55 Allen Plaza is the new headquarters for Ernst & Young's Atlanta office. Construction began in April 2005 and delivered May 2007. 55 Allen Plaza is a 348,658 RSF, fourteen-story building constructed on top of a five-level parking structure. The building contains six passenger elevators and one dedicated freight elevator. Ernst & Young occupies 140,000 RSF of the building.

Middle Georgia Concrete Constructors installed the walls of the underground parking deck, which was built from the top down, rather than digging down to the required depth and installing from the bottom up.
